Process

  • Taking permission from local authority
  • Or getting in touch with the local convener who will take permission for planting
  • Involving your local community members

  • Involve your local community and plant trees
  • Tag the plant/s with GO GREEN FOUNDATION Card

  • Plant only indigenous tree species, typical for your climate and your region. Select tree seedlings from local providers and choose suitable locations and dig the holes in advance
  • Take permission from local authority
  • Get in touch with your local leaders who will take permission for planting
  • Involve your local community and plant trees, more the better
  • Tag the plant/s with GO GREEN FOUNDATION Card ( can be downloaded from the website)
  • Prepare to take photos and videos during the occasion and send it to GGF HQ. (Contact details are attached)
  • Send the Pictures and Videos of the transition and growth monitored to our GGF HQ
  • Geo Tag it
  • On 12 Jan 2024, gather around at the tree planting site
  • Convener/Volunteer gives his/her speech. Arrange a group photo and engage in a green dialogue and send the pictures/ video and submit report form
  • Invite local media for coverage
  • Remember to take care of your trees

  • Select tree seedlings from local providers
  • Choose suitable locations and dig the holes in advance

  • Prepare to take photos and videos during the occasion and send it to GoGreenFoundation (Contact details are attached)
  • Send the Pictures and Videos of the transition and growth monitored too your GoGreenFoundation HQ

  • Don’t plant the seedling too shallow
  • Don’t showcase trees/saplings planted before. Volunteers have to plant fresh saplings to participate
  • Don’t trespass into someone else’s property while planting
  • Don’t damage or harm public property
  • Don’t uproot trees from one place to plant it in a other to participate in the campaign
  • Don’t collect money by force. It is voluntary
  • Money/ Funds should not be collected for any other purpose other than planting of trees or conducting the event
  • The note of the funds collected and expenses thereof should be submitted to GGF HQ
